Strontium Titanate (SrTiO3) and Y-Ba-Cu-O system (a=3.89Å) are close
in the lattice constant. SrTiO3 is used mostly for superconductor thin
film substrates. In applied research, it is placed in important part for
Josephson element and SQUID.
With device gets larger scale, we succeeded to produce world largest 2
inch dia. SrTiO3 single crystal. We also supply Niobium doped (n-type semiconductor)
SrTiO3.
