Strontium Titanate (SrTiO3)
The lattice constant of SrTiO3 is a=3.905Å- close to Y-Ba-Cu-O type (a=3.89Å). SrTiO3 is mainly used as substrates for superconductive thin films. As SQUID (Superconducting Quantum Interference Device) substrates and for Josephson device, it plays a very important role, too. We have succeeded in growing 2” diameter ingots for the first time in the industry to meet the demand of larger device. N-type conductive SrTiO3 with Nd-doped is also available.
