Mar. 1976 Capital was increased to \3,000,000
Aug. 1978 Establishment of Furuuchi Chemical Laboratory (\500,000)
Apr. 1980 Furuuchi Chemical Corporation's capital gained (\7,200,000)
Feb. 1984 Merge with Furuuchi Chemical Laboratory (\10,000,000)
May. 1985 Purchased industrial site from Ibaraki prefecture (6,600m2)
Sep. 1985 Start construction of Tsukuba factory
Feb. 1986 Completed construction, start operation
Mar. 1986 Whole manufacturing section moves to Tsukuba factory

Dec. 1986 High temperature superconductive oxides had been discovered (La, Sr base)

Jun. 1988 Second factory started to build for placing large hot press machine and various analysis instruments.
Oct. 1988 Sales department of the main branch had been moved to Tokyo Tatemono Omori building.
Nov. 1988 Second factory construction had been completed. It started operation for producing larger size targets.
Apr. 1990 Liquid crystal cleaner, Semicoclean was on production for 2000 ton per year.
Jun. 1996 Capital had been gained to \30,000,000.
Jul. 1999 Purchased 5 stories building nearby JR Omori station at Minamioi, Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo.
Oct. 1999 Acquired ISO#9002 certification (Manufacture of substrate cleaning solution for semiconductor and liquid) from SGS Japan.
Dec. 1999 Sales department is moved to Fine building at Minamioi Shinagawa-ku.
Jan. 2000 Participate and investing with the optical fiber business of KDDI Fiberlabs.
Jun. 2003 Selected for original creative model by JST(Japan Science & Technology Agency) for development of "Biocompatible adhesive."
Dec. 2003 Acquired ISO#9001-2000(Manufacturing Semiconductor wafers and Liquid crystal wafer cleaning solutions) certification from SGS Japan Co., Ltd.
Apr. 2004 Acquired ISO#14001-1996(Tsukuba Factory: The first factory) certification from SGS Japan Co., Ltd.
May. 2004 Purchased Oxides crystals Business of Inorganic Material Division from Earth Chemical Corporation.
Aug. 2004 Beginning production of oxides crystals in Sakakoshi Factory at Earth Chemical Corporation.
Apr. 2005 Win award of excellence in 17th small business excellent new technology/ new products innovation wiht "High biocompatibility adhesive for medical use."
